Please join us for our inaugural webinar in a new webinar series (Array Data Analysis Tutorials) where we examine and show how to answer certain biological questions using Nexus Copy Number. This is not a software demo such as a general introduction to Nexus Copy Number software or demonstration of software features. Each presentation will focus on an analysis topic such as how to perform survival analysis, how to do gene enrichment analysis, etc. Our first topic will be performing comparisons between different analysis methods (algorithms such as FASST2, Rank Segmentation, PennCNV, etc.) and between array platforms (Affymetrix, Agilent, Illumina, RocheNimblegen, etc.). The presentation will also cover how to optimize parameters to obtain the best results for a particular data type.
Audience
This webinar is appropriate for those who are well acquainted with array data analysis. The presentation will use Nexus Copy Number to show how to perform this analysis and some experience with Nexus Copy Number would be useful.
