As the ISCA database hosted at NCBI continues to expand with more samples, its value to scientists and clinicians also continues to grow. In this presentation, we describe a software workflow that allows investigators to easily and effectively utilize this valuable tool as part of the standard sample review process. The approach that we describe here uses the Nexus Copy Number and Nexus DB software systems which are applicable to any array platform. The system integrates the information from the ISCA database with other databases, such as DGV, UCSC, DECHIPHER, etc. into a single user interface to aid the reviewer in making the best interpretation of the observed data. An example workflow using different array platforms will be presented.
