Enhanced Data and Result Sharing with Nexus DB Version 6

In this presentation we will cover many new enhancements to Nexus DB that are part of the version 6 release. These enhancements are designed to offer users more autonomy in creating groups, enhanced controls over data access rights, graphical display of query results and much more. We will show how users can define their own private or “by invitation only” groups and manage access to the group and data. We will also show examples of publicly available data, such as TCGA and ISCA datasets and how these along with other datasets can be queried to enhance the discovery and sample review process.
