Simplifying Gene Expression Analysis with Nexus Expression
In this presentation we will demonstrate the power of Nexus Expression in simplifying the process of data exploration and visualization in gene expression data obtained from various array technologies. Nexus Expression is designed to allow end-users to easily analyze and explore their own data with confidence of accurate statistical processing being performed under the hood. Nexus Expression achieves this by providing intuitive interface that merges sample phenotypes (e.g. disease stage, survival, age, etc.) with gene annotations and biological processes for gene regulation analysis. Ease of statistical comparisons between subgroups, clustering, gene enrichment analysis and integration with copy number changes will be some of the features covered.
