ImaGene for OS X
About
ImaGene automates the time consuming and labor intensive process of measuring and visualizing gene expression data from high-density array images. With a few mouse clicks, ImaGene reduces the measurement and quantification process to a few minutes. ImaGene has been accepted as an industry standard in microarray image processing since its introduction in 1997.
BioDiscovery offers several flexible licensing options. Apple hardware, on site training and custom support plans are also available.
The optional CGH module extends ImaGene functionality to include powerful DNA copy number analysis. Additional CGH module information is available here.
