Before You Make a Support Request

BioDiscovery support is available for one year from the date of purchase. To receive support after this time, you must purchase a yearly maintenance agreement.

When contacting BioDiscovery Support by telephone, web form, or fax, please have the following items available:
  • Your product serial and version numbers
  • Name of the registered user
  • Your company name, telephone number and email address
  • Your system information, including CPU type and memory
  • Your operating system
To assist us further, please isolate the problem before contacting us.

1. If an error occurred, what steps were taken to produce this result?
2. If an error message was provided, please record this message and provide to support.
3. If a general analysis question, know the processing steps and have the data ready.
