Overview
BioDiscovery provides customized online demonstrations of ImaGene using your microarray images. To request this free service, please complete the form below and a BioDiscovery representative will contact you to confirm the meeting. Upon completion of the demo, all results will be provided to you for your review as well as a 15-day evaluation version of ImaGene.
Instructions
Please upload at least 1 single channel image (2 single channel or 1 composite image recommended) in TIFF format as well as a settings file specifying the grid and GeneIDs. You can use a GAL file if you have this. Please specify a date and time (PST) that you prefer for your on-line demo. A BioDiscovery representative will confirm this date and show you in less than 15 minutes how ImaGene simply and accurately processes your data. You can then receive a full function demo copy to try this at your own site. Please be patient as the upload can take a long time depending on the size of your images and the speed of your Internet connection. We recommend you compress your data using ZIP or a similar format to reduce upload times.
Note there is a 50MB per file size limit. If you encounter problems uploading your data or your images are larger than 50MB, BioDiscovery will provide a FTP site for your use. Contact info@biodiscovery.com for details.

You need to specify at least one file. The file can be a single image, composite image or all data files compressed (e.g a zip). If you have a settings file in GAL or other common format, upload that as well. If not, please provide a detailed description (GeneIDs, layout/geometry, etc) in the comments box. |
