Affymetrix Compatibility

Nexus Copy Number is a GeneChip-compatible™ application and supports data from all Affymetrix® GeneChip® arrays (e.g. SNP 6.0, SNP 5.0, 500K, 100K, 10K, and custom arrays). It accepts CNCHP log ratio or copy number output from Genotyping Console™ and CNAT log ratio or copy number output from older Affymetrix® software tools. It also accepts data processed via other software such as CNAG, dChip, etc. Arrays for studies of any organism are supported and user-defined probe tracks can also be added to the graphical view.
