Illumina Compatibility

BioDiscovery is a participant in the Illumina Connect Program and provides a Bead Studio plug-in allowing direct export of data from Bead Studio into Nexus Copy Number. Click here to download the plug-in. After going through the Reports Wizard in Bead Studio and selecting the Nexus Copy Number Input Report custom report, Nexus Copy Number is launched with the Illumina array data already loaded into a project. With powerful algorithms and computation power, Nexus Copy Number can load thousands of Illumina arrays in one project and process them in a short time frame. Nexus Copy Number can handle data from any Illumina array and any organism.

This project also showcases Nexus Copy Number’s ability to integrate data from various array platforms including Agilent and Affymetrix as demonstrated in this poster.
