Querying Regions

Query one or more genes or regions for their genomic alteration status in all samples in a project

This features allows specifying a list of genes, miRNAs, or Regions to search. The result is the aberration status in each sample in the data set. The results are shown in a table with a column for each query term containing the aberration status (e.g. high copy gain, CN Loss, etc.). All sample annotations are also listed allowing for selection and sorting of samples based on the annotations.
