Survival Analysis Module
This module allows identification of regions that are highly predictive of survival with a given statistical significance using the survival predictive power tool and allows generation of Kaplan-Meir plots. The predictive power computation is applied specifically for survival data accounting for censored data using the log-rank statistics to correlate survival times to significant aberrant regions in the samples. The Survival Predictive Power feature quickly locates the regions that show significant correlations between copy number events and survival.

Survival Predictive Power results showing the number of samples containing the event and the number not containing the event meeting a specified log-rank p-value. Overlaid is the KM Plot for the Loss on chr 3 shown in the first row of the survival predictive power table. Blue = samples not containing the loss, red = samples containing loss.
